As of the latest releases of WorkLink (Create v2.12.0, App 2.12.60), the following are known issues with Quizzes. We will update this page as we resolve these issues in future updates:

1. Scenarios with the quizzes and the Persistent-per-user session type are not supported in catalogs, either private or public - For example, a user who scans a QR code to view a catalog in the WL app will not see their completion status, have the option to take a Graded Assessment in practice mode, or have the option to resume an active session. The user will still be able to load the scenario, but it will override any previous completion status or active session which may not be desired in production.
2. Publishing a new version of the scenario will reset any active sessions for scenarios published with the Persistent-per-user session. It will NOT affect grades for completed graded assessments.
3. Uploading a scenario with a quiz to the CMS instead of publishing it from WorkLink Create, or side-loading it directly on the app will have limited functionality such that users can load the quiz; however, practice mode won’t be available for graded assessments, completion status won’t be available for both graded assessments and knowledge checks quiz types, and users can retake a graded assessment multiple times regardless of their status.
