Follow the instructions below to find your Form data including pictures taken during a Scenario session:

1. Log in to the CMS.
2. Click on your profile in the upper-right and then My Profile.
3. You will see your recent Scenario sessions listed on your User Profile page:
4. Click on the Scenario session which in this case is Form Data #53075 that you just completed and view the Session Details:
5. This Scenario only has one sequence with two steps in it where the last step has a form which was completed and is indicated by a green checklist icon. Click on it to show all the Form data that was captured.
