Follow the instructions below to find screenshots/recordings:

1. Log in to the CMS.
2. Click on your profile in the upper-right and then My Profile.
3. You will see your recent calls listed on your User Profile page:
4. Click on the date that you want and view the screenshots under Images & Recordings:

Alternatively, as an Admin:

1. Click on Calls and click on any of the users on the intended call
2. Go to Recent Calls
3. Click on the date that you want and view the screenshots under Images & Recordings
