Introducing WorkLink Create 2.19.0
We are excited to announce the release of WorkLink Create version 2.19.0. This version focuses on new features, improvements and fixes. Details below:
New features

The callout system has been optimized and has better consistency between Create and WorkLink app

Callouts now support an auto-width setting

Callout titles support multiple lines now

Callout strokes can now be turned off

Metadata can now be used as text variables in callouts
Improvements

Images and videos now get better caching, this will result in an improved interaction for UI previews.

Images containing transparency have a better material type upon importing into 3D space

Asset references such as images and video now get cleared from a project, when they are not used in an active inset, this helps with project optimization

Optimized timing for the “Now processing” pop up

Improved the Share window, contact names will be alphabetically ordered and a search function is added

Copy pasting an object in the Timeline Editor from one step to the other, will now keep the reference, if the related node is linked to the default step

Aligned the behavior between Create and WorkLink app to , when clicking on an object that has an alpha value of 0, the object can still be used as a trigger collision

Added a link to Demo Projects on the Welcome Screen’s Learn & Support

Fixed an issue that would result in a failure when compressing the tree on a root node in the 3D asset optimizer

Cameras with a missing near plane value will not automatically heal itself to the default value
