We are pleased to announce the release of CMS version 3.28.0, which includes several new features and improvements to enhance your experience.

New Features:

1. Changes to Support New Ways of Sharing Scenarios - This update enhances how scenarios are displayed to better reflect the new sharing methods introduced in the previous release. Updates are applied to the scenario details page, group details, and the scenario list page. 

Scenario Details: Only shows the origin group in the Published To summary field. It would be redundant to show it both here and in Shared With. Displays groups and users the scenario is also shared with in the Shared With summary field except the origin group. Edit Scenario form: Removed the Also Published To field so it isn’t another means of sharing scenarios which could lead to confusion. Sharing modal includes all the groups and users that the scenario is shared with.

Scenarios (list): Only shows the origin group in the Published To field. While it removes some existing functionality, owners and admins can still look this up when viewing the scenario details.  change Author to Modified By. change Published to Modified. Swap Modified By and Modified so that Modified is on the left to match the projects list.

 

     2. Public Links for App Download Files - Users can now share public download links for app files directly from the downloads page, eliminating the need for CMS login credentials.

     3. Anonymous User Display for Guest Scenario Sessions - Scenario sessions executed by guest users will now display as completed by an “Anonymous User,” enhancing privacy.

     4. New Warnings for License Changes Impacting Content Access - A warning message will now appear when changing a user’s license that could impact their access to certain content.

     5. Additional Rate Limiting on Password Changes - To improve system security, rate limiting has been added to the forgot password and invite user features.
