WorkLink: Session Recording and accessing recordings on CMS

Allows a participant in a remote assistance session to record a call or a portion of a call. You can tap to start recording while in the call. Once recording, a timer will be displayed at the top right of your screen to indicate the length of the current recording. Tap again to stop recording.The recorded session is stored locally, then uploaded to the Scope AR CMS at the end of the call. NOTE:

Email Notification |
Once the Session Recording finishes uploading to CMS, the users in the sessions will receive an email informing them that the recording is available. |
You can access Session Recordings from CMS:
- Log-in to CMS with your credentials;
- Navigate to users/user profiles;
- Under Call History, you will see a list of calls with the recordings column;
- You can view or delete the recording from this portal.
