Viewing the Status of Submitted tickets
Follow the instructions in this video to view the status of all your submitted tickets:
Relevant fields:
- Submit a request: Click on this button to submit a new support ticket;
- My Activities: This tab reveals all your requests as well as requests you are copied on; tickets IDs, created date, last activity and current status. The 'Contributions' tab shows your comments on Scope AR Articles while the 'Following' tab displays all sections, articles, topics or posts you are following;
- Edit my profile: This tab allows you to update your profile picture, name, email address or phone number;
- Change password: This tab allows you to update your password;
- Sign out: To sign out of your profile.
