Cause

• The WorkLink app or the recommended WorkLink app version is not installed on the iOS device.

Solution

• For online installation: Install app (WorkLink by Scope AR) from the iOS app store before clicking on the guest invite link.

• For offline installation: See WorkLink: Installation Guide (Offline Setup)  to install app before clicking on the guest invite link.
