FAQ: Why can't I see the contacts list in the WorkLink App?
The ability to view the contacts list and place a Remote Assistance call is controlled by the type of license assigned to the user. You need the WorkLink Remote Assistance License. If you cannot see the "Contacts" tab and expect to, please contact your WorkLink Administrator to review the type of licenses you are assigned.
Users with the Guest, Tech, Tech+ and Expert Licenses can view their contacts list.

Guest | Guest can only call or be called by Experts. |
Tech | Tech can call or be called by Experts. |
Tech+ | Tech+ can call or be called by Tech+ or Experts |
Expert | Expert can call Guests, Tech, Tech+ or Experts. |
