WorkLink: How to launch a scenario on a Remote Assistance Call
The Expert or Tech can load a scenario while connected on a WorkLink Remote Assistance call. In the same manner, an expert can also load a scenario for a guest on a call.
- Once both users are connected on the call.
- The Expert (or Tech) can tap on the paperclip icon to load the scenario for both users on the call.
Note: To share a scenario on a WorkLink Remote Assistance call, at least one of the users must have a WorkLink Viewer license.
