FAQ: What are the internet network requirements for WorkLink?
The WorkLink App automatically adjusts video quality based on your available bandwidth. There are a couple of factors that will affect the quality:
- The size of a scenario/project will determine how much data will be consumed when downloading/uploading scenarios on the WorkLink App.
- If multiple calls are connected on the same access point, call quality will be lower.
The minimum bandwidth requirements are:
- 400 Kbps for average/good call quality - Absolute minimum for connections.
- 2 Mbps for high quality - High bandwidth mode for very good connections and maximum quality.
- Over cell service, users can expect to use between 12 - 15MB per minute of data.
