The WorkLink app automatically adjusts video quality based on your available bandwidth. If multiple calls are connected on the same access point, call quality will be lower.

The minimum bandwidth requirements are:

• 400 Kbps for average/good call quality - Absolute minimum for connections.

• 2 Mbps for high quality - High bandwidth mode for very good connections and maximum quality.

Over cell service, users can expect to use between 12 - 15MB per minute of data.

Note: The size of a scenario/project will determine how much data will be consumed when downloading/uploading  scenarios on the WorkLink App.
