FAQ: I haven't received my Guest Invitation
Do the following if you have been invited as a guest by an Expert, but did not receive the invite:
For Invite By email
- Guest should check their spam/junk email folder if invitation is not in their inbox.
- Guest should make sure that the sender (no-reply@scopear.com) is not blocked in their mailbox.
For Invite By Phone (SMS)
- Expert should make sure that the invite was sent to the correct country code and phone number.
