While using Remote Assistance functionality, a Windows platform user can now perform 2D annotations when 3D tracking is difficult or not possible.

           

To switch from 3D tracking to 2D annotations during a Remote Assistance Session: 

1. Tap on either of the "Tracking" icons  or    and tap on "Stop Tracking" 

    2. You are now in 2D annotation mode. This will be reflected in the "Tracking" symbol "."

Note

• "Reset tracking" and "Stop tracking" will wipe out current annotations.
