Upon installing the WorkLink App, it is mandatory to grant the app the required permissions to function. The WorkLink App requires access to the Location, Camera and Microphone of your device.
By default, launching the WorkLink App for the first time after installation will trigger the permission prompts. If you missed it, you can still grant access in the App settings of your device.

Go to Settings>>Apps>WorkLink>>Permissions
Also, remember to enable local network for WorkLink - For iOS devices only.
Note: Failure to grant the required permissions can cause:
Scenario/Work Instructions loading issues/errors.
Insufficient Analytics for troubleshooting and reporting.
