S/N ERROR Where CAUSE RESOLUTION
1. Specified method is not supported App Log in Page
  • The device is unsupported/Not AR-Enabled.
2. Server timeout, please try again App Log in Page
  • The device is unsupported/Not AR-Enabled.
3. Audio Connection Error  During Remote Assistance call
  • Network issues
  • One of the devices is an old model e.g. iPhone 6s.
  • Old models are not recommended - WorkLink: Recommended Devices 
  • If both devices are new models - restart the devices.
  • Preferably, use cellular data for remote assistance connection to  avoid WiFi firewall restrictions.
