2.13.1 comes with several exciting new updates, the highlights are:

• Using your mouse scroll wheel to zoom, now takes the position of your mouse on screen into account, making it faster and easier to navigate to specific parts.
• The right click context menu in the Step Hierarchy is completed with a few new features
  
• The timeline editor received a new "Actions" channel, meaning Actions like "move to step" and "content placement" no longer need to be assigned to an arbitrary object. Actions are now also represented as a keyframe, since they are a moment in time.
  
• 3D assets in the Asset Library now show their triangle and object count.
  
• And much, much more
