We are currently aware of an issue affecting all WorkLink customers where users may see an incorrect message related to license or contract expiration when attempting to sign into the CMS.
Impact
- Users may encounter an unexpected expiration prompt during login.
- This message can be safely ignored. Users should continue signing in as usual, as access to WorkLink is not impacted by this message.
Current Status
Our engineering team has identified the issue and is actively working on a resolution to remove the incorrect prompt as quickly as possible.
Workaround
Please disregard the expiration message and proceed with your normal sign-in process.
