We are excited to announce the release of WorkLink Create version 2.12.0. This version focuses on new features, improvements and fixes. Details below:

 

New features

• New Attachments Window that allows you to add files like .jpg, .png, .mp4, .xlsx, .docx and .pdf to a step

• Auto population of step attachments trough Siemens rbop import

• An author can add prefill values to Text, number and checkbox question types in the Form Editor

• The ability to assign a custom material to visibility mode

• It is now possible to trigger an AR tracker by using a Content Placement event invocation in the timeline editor

Improvements

• Updated tooltip for the Default State

• Updated the Contact Support link on the Welcome Screen

• An author can now use more granular values as snap settings, since they also apply to the up and down arrows in the Object Properties window. New minimum values for Rotation (0.01) and Scale (0.01)

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that could result to load issues when a user deleted a material in the Asset Library that was assigned to an object

• Fixed an issue with the Content Placement Step incorrectly inheriting values from UI templates

• Fixed some minor CSS issues

• Fixed an issue that could occur when using the back arrow in simulation mode
