CMS: Managing Groups
The WorkLink CMS allows a WorkLink Company Administrator to organize their users and scenarios using the Groups function. The method in which you organize your users and scenarios will depend on your use case and internal work flow.

- Members - The number of members/users in that group.

- Can Call - This setting gives permission to the Remote Assistance users in the main group to call the users in the group(s) you have assigned.
- Can Publish To - This setting gives permission to the Authors in the main group to publish scenarios to the users in the group(s) you have assigned.
Note: When a user is invited or added to your organization, they will be added to the Default group unless your WorkLink Company Administrator assigns a different group.
