The Scope AR CMS is the customer portal and the main hub that powers all things WorkLink.

 

For End-Users, this is where you can access artifacts from your personal WorkLink Calls (i.e. recordings, screenshots, history) and Work Instruction sessions.

 

For Administrators or Analysts, you can access broader usage data for WorkLink Calls and Work Instruction sessions across the user population.
