moving .scope file from laptop to iPad/iPhone (iTunes/iCloud not working)
We need a local copy of our WorkLink .scope file on an iPhone or iPad. We have the file on a Windows laptop (published offline). We just can't move it to an iOS device. Windows iTunes no longer seems to have a file transfer feature (or they've really hidden it). I tried iCloud too but how do I even access the directory where WorkLink expects to find .scope files? We must have a local copy because we have to work on a wireless network with no outside internet connection. Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi Precious,
Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly and for the link to that video. I see you used iTools. I had been using iTunes for Windows. I must have been looking at a different instruction page because that one had no video. I will try that and let you know if it worked!
edit: Here is the page I had been looking at. I see now it was for iOS on Windows, hence my confusion. I thought it meant from Windows to iOS, not from iOS to another iOS device. I was also looking in the WorkLink Create section of the documentation rather than in getting started. Would it be helpful to add that link you just shared with me to that section of WorkLink Create docs?
WorkLink Create: Side-loading a scenario on iOS – Scope AR (zendesk.com)I was also looking at this link but didn't have any success with it. I will try both the new link you gave me and this one again since they are both Windows instructions. I want to get a .scope file from a Windows laptop to an iPad and/or iPhone.

Hello Monika,
Thank you for the feedback.
I have updated the article on the WorkLink Create section to cover both iTunes and iTools - WorkLink Create: Side-loading a scenario on iOS (iPhone/iPad) I hope you find it useful.
To clarify, the article above will guide you on adding your .scope file (offline publishing) to an iPhone or Ipad from a Windows computer.
Please let me know if you have any other questions 😊
