Offline publishing allows authors to publish a project for offline use. 

Below are specific instructions on transferring the .scope file to your Surface device:

1. Open the File Explorer window and navigate to C:\Users\<Username>\Pictures\Camera Roll\ 
2. Copy the project you downloaded into the Camera Roll folder;
3. Your content will now be available for use in the WorkLink App and feature as an Offline Project/Scenario. 

Note: You can also achieve this by copying and pasting the file into the location (Camera Roll folder).
