2.22.0 comes with a new demo projects page:

Easily create your own version of one of our demo projects.

More detailed information about the projects can be found here.

Opening a demo project will create a personal copy of it, you can modify it any way you want, the assets for the project will be stored in your personal assets in a folder with the date stamp of the creation.
