- 3.45.0 - Consistent AI Author License Display: The CMS interface now consistently displays AI Author badges for users with AI Authoring enabled. This provides clearer visibility into user licensing throughout the administration experience.
- 3.45.0 - Enhanced AI Analysis: The AI Analysis page has been expanded with a comprehensive evaluation table, advanced filtering options, and role-based access controls. These enhancements allow administrators to analyze AI evaluation data directly within CMS without relying on external tools.
- 3.45.0 - Organization AI Evaluation Retention Settings: Organizations can now configure retention policies for AI Companion evaluation data, including prompt retention and de-identified retention settings. These controls provide greater flexibility in managing AI-related data according to organizational requirements.
- 3.45.0 - AI Authoring Licensing Enhancements: Organizations now have additional flexibility in managing AI Authoring licenses through:
- An All AI Authors organization-wide feature flag.
- AI Author seat allocation for assigning licenses to individual authors.
- These enhancements simplify license administration while supporting different deployment models.
- 3.45.0 - Per-User MCP API Keys: CMS now supports individual MCP API keys for each user. Administrators and users can generate, rotate, revoke, and validate API keys, improving security by replacing the need for a single shared API key.
- 3.45.0 - Improved Bulk Add User Validation: The Bulk Add User process has been enhanced to display all validation errors during import. This provides more comprehensive feedback and helps administrators resolve issues more efficiently.
- 3.45.0 - Security Enhancements: This release includes security updates that address vulnerabilities across CMS and related platform components, further strengthening the overall security and reliability of the WorkLink platform.
- 3.44 - Support for 3D Checklists in Scenario Sessions: The CMS user interface now supports displaying 3D Checklist information within the Scenario Session details page. This provides greater visibility into checklist activity and results as part of scenario execution records. This release lays the foundation for the upcoming 3D Checklists feature set, which will be fully enabled through future releases of WorkLink App and WorkLink Create.
- 3.44 - Minimum Required App Version in Connection Details: Administrators can now configure a minimum required app version as part of the connection details configuration. This capability allows organizations to ensure users are running compatible versions of WorkLink and enables the platform to prompt users to upgrade when required to support new functionality or infrastructure changes.
- 3.44 - Opt In/Out of Data Sharing for AI Companion: Organizations now have greater control over AI Companion data usage. A new setting has been added to the AI tab within the Company Information page, allowing companies to opt in or out of data sharing through a simple configuration option. This provides additional transparency and flexibility around AI-related data privacy.
- 3.44 - AI Evaluation and Provider Statistics Moved to CMS: The AI Evaluation table and AI provider usage statistics have been moved from WorkLink Create into CMS. This centralizes AI management and reporting, allowing company administrators to access AI Companion usage information directly within CMS without requiring access to Create.
