CMS: Managing Catalogs - Creating Catalogs and Adding Scenarios
Creating a Resource/Scenario Catalog
Authorized users can create a catalog of scenarios by following these steps:
1. Sign in to the CMS: Navigate to the Catalog tab from the Content section in the side navigation bar.
2. Create a Catalog: Click on the “Create Catalog” button. Fill in the details of the catalog:
- Catalog Name - This is the unique name you have assigned to each Catalog. The scenario(s) you are sharing are stored in catalogs.
- External ID (optional) - Allows you to assign a unique number to your Catalog.
- External Name (optional) - Allows you to tag the catalog with a unique name which will be displayed in the app when users load the catalog.
- Public/Private visibility status - Private means the scenario catalog will not be accessible to the public (i.e. unlicensed users). Public means scenario catalog can be viewed by the public.
3. Save and Share: Once the catalog is created, a URL and QR code are automatically generated, making it easy to distribute through various media.
This process allows users to efficiently manage AR scenarios within the WorkLink platform, giving them the ability to distribute specific content as needed.

Also, as an admin, you can edit an existing scenario catalog and change any of the fields above. You can also delete the catalog from the edit panel.

Adding and Removing a Scenario to a Resource/Scenario Catalog
Add Scenario
1. Go to the Catalog tab and select the Name of a specific Catalog.
2. Click on the Add Scenario button to find and select Scenarios to then add to the Catalog.
Remove Scenario
1. Select/click on the checkbox beside a specific scenario to remove the scenario from the catalog. You will see the Remove from Catalog button only after you have selected at least one scenario.
