A session ID is a unique description/number assigned per session for a specific user for the duration of the user's activity on the WorkLink App. The session ID is automatically generated and it is useful for troubleshooting and query purposes.

A session ID provides the following details:

• Device Information
• OS
• Location (if enabled while installing the WorkLink App)
• Step Flow
• Step Details
• Checklist Flow
• Checklist Details
• Screenshots
• % Complete (Scenarios)

If there is a call

• Caller name (Technician)
• Feedback 
• URLs for Recordings/Photos
