Introducing WorkLink App 2.29.0
We are delighted to introduce WorkLink App 2.29.0, featuring significant updates and key bug fixes aimed at enhancing your experience.
New Features
- Enhanced Multipose Model Alignment Experience: Users can now specify when a new pose is captured during multipose alignment, improving the overall usability. Additional instructions have been added to guide users in achieving the best alignment.
- Increased Granularity in Multipose Alignment: The number of segments in multipose alignment has been doubled, providing more options for capturing alignment poses. This is particularly useful in tight spaces with limited angles.
- Improved Active Tracking for Model Tracking: Active tracking now automatically begins when the object is found and switches to SLAM tracking when the object is out of view. This ensures accurate resumption of model tracking when the object reappears.
- Field-of-View Check for Model Tracking: A new check ensures that at least 60% of the model is within the field of view before tracking begins. This prevents tracking issues caused by locking onto a small, misaligned portion of the model.
- Better UI-Camera Insets Offset on Hololens 2: The camera inset now aligns more closely with the UI canvas, improving the user experience by reducing the visual offset.
Bug Fixes
- Scenario Execution Unaffected by Master Server Connection Issues: Previously, failure to connect to the master server (Zeus) would prevent scenarios from running. Now, this issue only affects calling functionality, allowing scenarios to run in offline mode.
- Hiding Unnecessary Placement Mode Buttons: When only one placement mode is configured, other placement mode buttons are now hidden as intended, streamlining the user interface.
We hope these updates enhance your experience with WorkLink. Thank you for your continuous feedback and support!
