WorkLink App 2.37.0 Release Announcement

We’re excited to announce the release of WorkLink App 2.37.0, featuring enhanced analytics capabilities, improved device support, and key bug fixes to ensure a smoother and more accessible experience across all platforms.

 

New Features

1. New App Usage Analytics: This release introduces expanded usage analytics to provide deeper insights into how users interact with WorkLink. The app now tracks interactions such as:

   • Toggling interactive mode and overlay mode

   • Calls within scenarios and call swap events

   • The current version of the app being used

     These analytics help administrators better understand feature usage and optimize user experience.

2. Support for iPhone 17 Models: Added full support for the latest iPhone 17 series, ensuring correct resolution, scaling, and display across all new Apple devices.

 

Bug Fixes

1. VoiceOver Functionality in UI 2.0: Fixed an issue where Voice Over accessibility tools were not reading text within UI 2.0 elements. The app now properly supports screen readers for improved accessibility.

2. Rotated Attached Images on iPad: Resolved a problem where attached images could appear rotated when expanded, obscuring the close button. Images now open in the correct orientation.

3. Annotations Not Clearing When Opening Scenarios: Fixed a bug where annotations from a call were not being cleared when opening a new scenario. The app now correctly clears previous annotations to avoid confusion with scenario content.

This release strengthens WorkLink’s analytics, accessibility, and cross-device performance, ensuring a more reliable and user-friendly experience.
