Introducing WorkLink App 2.43
We're excited to announce the release of WorkLink App 2.43! This update focuses on improved compatibility, enhanced security, and several bug fixes to provide a smoother and more reliable experience.
New Features
Enhanced Zeus Server Compatibility: WorkLink App now supports seamless communication with both legacy and next-generation Zeus servers. This enhancement allows the application to automatically work with different server versions based on availability, improving compatibility and preparing the platform for future infrastructure updates.
Note: This functionality will be activated in an upcoming server release after WorkLink App 2.43 (or a later version) has been broadly deployed to customers.
2. Security Improvements: We've addressed and remediated several security vulnerabilities within the WorkLink App to strengthen application security and provide a safer experience for all users.
Bug Fixes
Custom Feedback Questions Display Correctly: Fixed an issue that prevented custom feedback questions from appearing for certain users. Feedback forms now display as expected across supported configurations.
Feedback Reset Between Calls: Resolved an issue where feedback from a previous call remained visible after accepting a new call, causing it to appear incorrectly on the Remote Assist screen. Feedback is now cleared automatically at the start of each new call.
Improved Login Experience for Private Catalogs: Corrected the behavior when accessing a private catalog while logged out. Instead of displaying a "Catalog Access Failure" message, users are now prompted to log in, providing a clearer and more intuitive experience.
