We have deployed WorkLink App 2.41.4 (Update 2) to app stores. This patch release includes several fixes and improvements related to folder functionality, along with new compatibility handling to support future infrastructure upgrades.

Note: The Folder feature is disabled by default. Please contact your Scope AR Customer Success Manager (CSM) if you would like to enable it. Your CSM will provide the necessary onboarding and knowledge transfer to help your team adopt the feature successfully. Once enabled, the feature cannot be turned off.

New Features

1. Improved Folder Visibility for Public Scenarios: The app now filters out parent folders that contain only public scenarios unless the user has direct access to those scenarios. This ensures users only see folders relevant to them, improving organization and reducing unnecessary clutter in the scenario list.

2. Compatibility Check for Zeus Upgrade: A new compatibility check has been added to notify users when their app version must be updated to connect to the new XMPP Zeus infrastructure. This helps ensure seamless connectivity and prevents compatibility issues during infrastructure transitions.

Bug Fixes

1. Quiz Scenarios Disappearing from Folders: Fixed an issue where quiz scenarios could disappear from folders after users navigated away and returned. Scenarios now remain visible and accessible consistently.

2. Errors When Backing Out of a Folder After Changing Sort Mode: Resolved a problem where changing the sort mode within a folder and then navigating back could trigger errors. Folder navigation is now more stable and reliable.

3. Errors When Navigating Back to Folders Containing Scenarios: Addressed an issue causing errors when returning to folders that contained both scenarios and subfolders. Nested folder navigation now behaves correctly.

This update improves the reliability and usability of the new folder functionality while preparing the platform for upcoming infrastructure changes.
