WorkLink: How to send call logs/feedback to support
If you have troubles with Remote assistance call quality or connection, you can send us logs for investigation purposes. These logs are generated from the app and sent directly to our logging system.
You will be presented with a question, "How was your call quality?" at the end of your call. Follow the instructions below to send your call logs/feedback:
Positive feedback
- Tap/click on the smiling face emoji and answer few quick questions>>Submit. This automatically sends the call logs to us.
Negative feedback
- Tap/click on the sad face emoji and and use the check box to select the issues encountered>>Next>>answer few quick questions>>Submit. This automatically sends the call logs to us.
Note: You can also send call logs immediately after your call by clicking on the settings menu >> Diagnostics>> Send Diagnostics Logs.
