WorkLink: Submit Diagnostics Logs
Issue
You may encounter an error while using WorkLink, such as an “error loading a scenario.”
Solution
You can send diagnostic logs to WorkLink Support to help investigate the issue. These logs are generated within the app and sent directly to our logging system.
To send logs from the WorkLink App:
- Open the Settings
menu
- Go to Diagnostics
- Select Send Diagnostic Logs

After sending the logs, please notify Support if you have an active investigation or troubleshooting case so they can review them promptly. You can reach Support by email: support@scopear.com.
