WorkLink: How do I unlock my account?
When you log into the WorkLink App with an incorrect username or password too many times, your account will be locked. You will have 5 attempts to enter the correct information, after that you will see a notification that your account has been locked for 1 hour.
How do I unlock my WorkLink Account?
Unlock Link in Email
1. After you enter too many incorrect attempts and your account is locked, you will receive an email with instructions to unlock your account.
2. You will be re-directed to the WorkLink CMS portal to sign in with your email and password.
How do I re-send Unlock Instructions?
If you did not receive the unlock instructions, you can go to the WorkLink CMS Login Page.
1. Enter your username and click Next
2. Select "Didn't receive unlock instructions"
3. Enter your username and select "Resend Unlock Instructions"
Forgot Password
You may also go to the WorkLink CMS portal and use Forgot Password to generate a new password.
