WorkLink: Enabling App Permissions for WorkLink
Upon installing the WorkLink App, it is mandatory to grant the app the required permissions to function. The WorkLink App requires access to the Location, Camera, and Microphone of your device.
By default, launching the WorkLink App for the first time after installation will trigger the permission prompts. If you missed it, you can still grant access in the App settings of your device.
On a Laptop/Desktop
On an Android
- Go to Settings>>Apps>WorkLink>>Permissions
On an iOS
- Settings>>WorkLink
Note: Failure to grant the required permissions can cause:
- Audio issues.
- Scenario/Work Instructions loading issues/errors.
- Insufficient Analytics for troubleshooting and reporting.
