Issue

After clicking on your Guest Invite link sent to your iOS device, you receive an error that says "Safari Cannot Open Page" because the address is invalid.

 

         

 

Cause

The WorkLink App or the recommended WorkLink App version is not installed on the iOS device.

 

Solution

For Online Installation - See WorkLink: Installation Guide (Online Setup) to install the WorkLink App from the app store before clicking on the guest invite link.

For Offline Installation - See WorkLink: Installation Guide (Offline Setup) to install the WorkLink App before clicking on the guest invite link.
