By default, your account will be locked after several attempts of signing into your account with an incorrect password. You will be notified by email if your account is locked.
- Click on "Unlock Your Account" in the body of the email.
- You will be re-directed to the portal to sign in with your email and password. You can change your password using "Forgot your password" option if you prefer.
Alternatively, you can visit the URL: https://cms.scopear.com/users/unlock/new . Enter your email address and select "Resend unlock Instructions" to initiate the unlock process.
