When you log into WorkLink Create, you land on the Welcome Screen. This landing page allows you to:

• Create a new project
• Open/Rename/Share Existing Projects
• Upload a Project
• Access Youtube videos, Help Center, and Contact Support
• View updates on bugs, fixes, and releases

Welcome Screen Navigation Menu

• Recent - Shows a list of recent projects (Name of project, last edited date and the author).
• My Projects - Shows a list of all your projects and the last edited date.
  • Shared With: selecting (multiple) other authors will filter projects that have been shared with those authors.
  • Created By: selecting (multiple) other authors will filter projects that have been created by those authors.
  • You also have the option to scroll trough different pages in case you have many projects in your company.
  • You have the option to show up to 100 projects per page (default), 50 or 25.

• Shared with me - Shows a list of projects shared with you by other authors in your organization.
• Learn & Support - Shows shortcuts to YouTube Videos, Help Center, Scope AR Support and a link to Demo Projects.

• What’s New - Shows details of Product releases and Known issues and fixes.
• New Project -  To create a new project - Click on “New Project” (Top right hand side of the window)
• Upload Project - Click on the Upload icon (Top right hand side of the window)

 

Other Functions

• Application version is below (Left hand side of the window)

• Your username and Organization name is is above (Left hand side of the window)

• To sign out, click on the drop down icon beside your initial (Top right hand side of the window)

• Authors that also have an admin license assigned to them in the CMS, will be able to see all projects from all authors in the company in the "All Projects" lists. Without the admin license, authors can only see their own projects and projects that were specifically shared with them.
