CMS: Assigning a license to an existing User
To assign a license to an existing user:
1. As an Admin, sign in to the CMS.
2. Click on Users in the side-navigation bar and search for the user.
3. Click the unchecked box beside the user's name to select it, then click on the Edit User button.
4. Scroll down on the Edit User form to assign licenses as desired. You can also toggle on/off the Admin roll and enable/disable specific licenses.
