As a WorkLink Administrator, you can manager End User License Agreement's (EULA) under the EULA tab in Company Info.

 

Here you can add new EULA's, edit existing EULA's or delete existing EULA's.

 

Is there a default EULA in WorkLink? Can it be changed?

Yes, by default there is a EULA in the WorkLink App that user's will have to accept when they open the application. This is not something that can be changed by companies on a cloud deployment. This EULA will show up regardless of the combination of licenses the end-user has.

 

Can I manage the order in which a user sees the EULA's?

Yes, you can manage the order of the EULA's. Simply click the two bars beside the EULA name and drag to the order you would like it.

 

Does the body of the text have to be plain text only? Or can I include HTML or Markdown?

Currently EULA's are restricted to be plain text only.
