General
This setting allows you to disable update notifications in the WorkLink App for your end-users.
CMS Access
This setting allows you to disable CMS access for end-users with Scenario Viewer licenses.
Calling
Contact List Link
This is a deeplink designed to load the company contact list when the link or QR code is used to launch WorkLink.
Enable Sharing
"Enable storing, sharing, and creating screen shots and video recordings with WorkLink during a call."
This is a setting that turns recording on or off within a Remote Assistance call. When the setting changes, users must close and re-open the WorkLink App in order for it to refresh and give a valid display during a call.
Guest Invite Configuration
Guest accounts are temporary access accounts for Remote Assistance calls. A WorkLink CMS Administrator should follow the steps below to configure guest license expiration:
- Sign in to the CMS.
- Click on "Company Info" >> "Settings".
- Configure guest account settings
- Click "Save"
NOTE:
The above settings imply that:
- Changing the setting will affect all invites that are current' so if you have active invites, they would all now follow whatever convention you change the configuration to.
- Guest Invitation Expiry and Guest License Expiry is independent of each other.
- Guest Invitation Expiry starts when the invitation is sent.
- Guest License Expiry starts when the User has accepted the license.
- For example, If your Guest invitation expiry is 7 Days and Guest license expiry is 1 day that means that the guest can accept the invite in 7 days but the license will expire 1 day from the time guest has accepted the invite.
- For the setting where the license expires immediately after the call has been placed, this means that when the call ends the guest is automatically logged out of WorkLink.
