CMS: Company Info Menu
As a Company Administrator for the WorkLink CMS, the Company Info Menu will allow you to manage various settings.
Overview
The Overview tab under Company Info allows a company Administrator to view:
- Company Administrators
- Call and Scenario License Counts - Outline the licenses used and remaining for each role.
EULA
Under the EULA tab, the Company Administrator is able to create, edit, and delete scenario or calling EULA's specific to their organization. You can also reorder the display of the existing EULA's.

SSO
Under the SSO tab, the Company Administrator is able to set up single-sign on settings for their organization.

API Tokens
API Tokens allow Company Administrators to grant permissions to the user that is using it. The API Token gives specific users in the assigned group(s) to do database queries on the company's behalf. The user must be in one of the groups that the token is assigned to.

Audit Logs
Under the Audit Logs tab, the Company Administrator is able to access their audit logs. This shows them logs for every action that is done by a user in the CMS and WorkLink Create.
Settings
Under the Settings tab, the Company Administrator is about to manage CMS access for users with Scenario Viewer licenses and configure expiration for guest invites.

Plan Usage
Under the Plan Usage tab, Company Administrators can view:
- Number of Released Scenarios - A scenario count as released once it has been published to a group that contains users with a Viewer license, or it is added to a public catalog.
- Licensed Views - Views from users with a Viewer license. Author views are not counted.
- Guest Views - Views from users without a license. Likely from a public catalog.
- Total Views - Total number of views on all scenarios.
