WorkLink Calling: Phone Tools
During a WorkLink Call, you are able to access a few Phone Tools. Below is a description what each of them do.
Phone Tools

The Mute tool allows you to temporarily disable the microphone on your device during a call. Tap again to re-enable. |
End Call / Exit
End Call/Exit |
END Call: Disconnect/ Hang up from the current call. EXIT: Return to the Contact List from AR View (when not in a call). |
Swap Tech & Expert Camera
Swap Tech & Expert Camera: Allows the users to swap camera views so that the Expert shares their camera view with the Tech. |
This feature is available for iOS and Android platforms. Windows/HoloLens support is coming soon.
Limitations when in Expert View

Tech is unable to take screenshots. The camera must be swapped back to take screenshots for checklist items.

There is no "record" option for both the Technician and Expert when the camera is swapped.

Any open work instructions on the Tech’s device will be closed before the camera is swapped to the Expert, and content alignment is not maintained.

Annotations are cleared when the camera view is swapped between the Tech and Expert.
