If you initiate a WorkLink Call from a Windows device (not recommended), the Tech can perform 2D annotations where 3D tracking is difficult or not possible.

         

To switch from 3D tracking to 2D annotations during a Calling Session: 

1. Tap on the "Tracking" symbol and tap on "Stop Tracking" to exit 3D tracking and enter 2D annotation mode.

    2. You are in 2D annotation mode when you see the "Tracking" symbol changed to "."
