WorkLink Calling: Settings Tools
While you are in a WorkLink Call you can access the Settings Menu.
Settings
Settings allows a user to turn on low bandwidth mode and also access WorkLink Diagnostics.
Help
When you select the Help Menu, you will prompt the WorkLink Assist tutorial. This will walk you through what each of the icons on the Calling View does. For an overview of the functionality of these icons, refer to WorkLink: Menu Icons on the Calling View.
Launch WorkLink Scenario
The Expert or Tech can load a scenario while connected on a WorkLink Call. In the same manner, an expert can also load a scenario for a guest on a call.
- Once both users are connected on the call.
- The Expert (or Tech) can tap on the paperclip icon to load the scenario for both of the users on the call.
- At least on of the users must have a WorkLink Viewer license. Read more: WorkLink: Licensing and License Management.
