WorkLink: Calling and Work Instructions
Using the WorkLink App, users have access to two core features: Calling and Work Instructions. This access depends on the types of licenses they are given by their Company Administrator.
Work Instructions
Users also have the ability to open Work Instructions / Scenarios in the WorkLink App. These instructions can be opened during the WorkLink Remote Assistance call or to view alone as a reference instruction.

Calling
WorkLink Calling uses live video, voice, and AR annotations to provide instant remote assistance on a task. WorkLink Calling allows a technician to instantly connect with an Expert from virtually any mobile device, when and where they need support, empowering them to:
- Perform best practices
- Rapidly improve skills
- Do more with less training
At the same time, WorkLink allows subject matter experts to easily provide live guidance or collaboration from almost any device or computer, enabling field service organizations to:
- Centralize expertise
- Leverage expert staff longer
- Digitally track completed work
Annotations
Users have the ability to draw, highlight, place arrows, and share text bubbles on top of real-world objects in a shared video. These annotation tools give users the flexibility to communicate and collaborate in any context.
Precision & Recording
In addition to annotation tools, precision and recording tools allow you even more ability to communicate on a WorkLink Call.
