WorkLink Calling: Remote Assistance Guest Invite
What is a Guest User?
A guest user is a temporary, unlicensed user that:
- Can call other users that have the role of Expert in WorkLink.
- Can view AR content shared with them while in a remote assistance call.
- Must be invited by a user with an Expert role either via email, PIN or text message.
- Will not have access to the CMS portal.
How to Invite A Guest

Log in to the WorkLink App, click the person icon in the top right corner to see the "Invite Guest” page. Only an Expert can invite Guest users. |

Select your preferred "Contact Method" and fill in the details of the guest user, then click on “Invite Guest”. |

For Email and Phone: A guest user will receive an email/text once successfully invited. If the WorkLink app is not installed already on the device, tapping the link in the text/clicking "Launch WorkLink" in the email will redirect guest to the respective app store to download the WorkLink app before joining the expert.
