If you are in a WorkLink Call, the WorkLink App does not block an incoming phone call. If you receive a phone call while on a WorkLink Call, you will see a notification giving you the opportunity to Answer or Decline. If you choose to answer the phone call, your WorkLink Call is placed on hold. When you are done with the phone call, or if you decline the call, your WorkLink session will resume.
