WorkLink Scenarios: How to save and resume your persistent session
The WorkLink Session Resuming feature allows users to pause a session and resume the same session on the WorkLink app if the scenario was published as a persistent session type. This allows storing of WorkLink sessions.
How to save a session

To save an open session, user clicks on menu icon at the top left corner and then clicks Exit Scenario to exit the session.

User will see options to Save, Finish or Cancel.

v2.21.0 of the WorkLink app supports the option to name the session with details such as the work order that can be helpful to other users when resuming the active session. When users exit the scenario menu, they is a confirmation prompt with the optional text field for the name.

Click Save to mark your place in the persistent scenario to be resumed later. (Finish will mark the persistent session as complete and cannot be resumed. Cancel will stop the action to exit scenario.)
How to resume a saved session

To resume a session, the user will see an icon > next to a saved/active session.

User must tap/click on the icon to view saved session list. (If the user taps on the project and not the icon >, it will start a new session.)

Once in the Active Sessions list, the user can select the session to resume.
Note:

A session started on one device can be resumed on other devices if it is saved and closed on the initial device.

Persistent scenarios (i.e. Persistent for any user session) can be resumed while passive and demo scenarios can not be resumed.
