An unlicensed user can also be given access to WorkLink Scenarios using a public access link or a public QR code. The public link or QR code can either direct the user to a single scenario or a catalog (list) of scenarios.

• This feature allows your company to share specific scenario(s) with individuals who are not in your company or who have not been assigned any WorkLink license.
• As a WorkLink licensed user, you must sign/log out of the WorkLink Application on your device to use a public access link or public QR code
• This feature is compatible with WorkLink App version 2.10.8 and above.

How do I launch a Scenario / Scenario Catalog with Public Access Link?

Paste the access link on your browser e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari and follow the prompt.

1. 1. 1. Get from Microsoft (For Windows users) - This will take you to the Microsoft store to download the WorkLink App if you have not already installed it. 
      2. Launch WorkLink - This will launch the WorkLink App if already installed on your Windows device and take you to the assigned scenario. 
      3. Android and iOS users are to tap on the link to access the assigned scenario.       

How do I launch a Scenario / Scenario Catalog with a Public QR code?

1. Scan the QR code with your device camera.

2. Tap the "GetWorkLink.com" prompt. You can install the WorkLink App before scanning the QR code, otherwise scanning the QR code will take you to the respective app store to install first. (This applies to Android and iOS devices.)

3. When the WorkLink App opens, approve the use of camera, location, audio/microphone, and other permissions.

4. Select "I Agree" to the WorkLink Terms of Use.

5. The WorkLink App will open to a scenario list with the single scenario you have been granted access to.

6. Select the scenario name to load the work instruction.

                      

NOTE:

• The supported browsers for launching Public QR Code and Public Access Links are Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer. Firefox is not supported at the moment.
• You will not be redirected to the App store if you already have the WorkLink App on your device prior to scanning the QR Code.
• There is no option to log out of the WorkLink App; simply close the app once you are done.
