There is no file size limit for remote assistance session recording but there is a recording time limit per session.

You can record your remote assistance session for a period of 1 (one) hour per session. You should stop current recording and start a new one in order to record sessions that would last more than an hour.

         

 

Note:  Your recording will also stop if diskspace is running low. The WorkLink application monitors your disk for free space.
